Total Compensation Package

The goal of the Byron Forest Preserve’s compensation program is to assure that the Forest Preserve is maintaining a compensation and benefit program that attracts and retains capable and career-oriented employees while continuing to pay competitive wages and benefits for like work in the marketplace.

Pursuant to the requirements of 5 ILCS 120/7.3, we have made available in our Human Resource Department, 7993 North River Road, Byron, Illinois, a list of all employees having a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year. For the purpose of this statute, Total Compensation includes salary, health insurance, housing allowance, vehicle allowance, clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days and sick days.

Public Act 101-0504 requires IMRF employers that have a website to include a link to this web page, no later than January 1, 2021.
