Take a guided hike to view the Biggest Tree in the State of Illinois at our Bald Hill Prairie Preserve.  Mark Herman, Superintendent of Education, will be leading the hike and talking about the history of Bald Hill and the special plants and animals that make this preserve their home.  Dress for the weather and be prepared for some moderately hilly terrain.  We start at the Bald Hill Prairie Preserve parking lot and first head over to the see the Big Tree before going up to the top of Bald Hill to see the great views of Mt. Morris and Leaf River.
