Work on your fire building skills for bushcraft or camping! We will practice starting fires with ferrocerium rods, flint and steel, bow drills, and hand drills.  We’ll also learn about available tinder in different environments, including birch bark, tinder fungus, and fatwood. All kinds of materials will be available to try and practice in different combinations. Each participant may take a bow drill set home to keep.
