Homeschool Class – The Architecture of Animals
November 12, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
$10.00Our prairie animals are unique! Badgers have large claws to dig, while finches build nests out of thistles. Monarchs eat milkweed, woodpeckers need dead trees, and fox snakes pretend they have a rattle on their tail. We’ll look at animal specimens and observe live animals in the wild to learn about how animals are adapted to live in the prairies and woodlands of our areas. Please wear sturdy shoes, with long pants preferred.
Other: Bring a lunch and dress for the water.
