Let’s explore Bald Hill and the biggest tree in Illinois! This is a special time for homeschool families to join us for a haywagon ride around Bald Hill. We’ll have a few stops around the preserve to learn about the history of the property, the restoration work we do there, about the Big Tree and how the Registries happen, and about the rare and endangered plants and animals that can be found at this unique place. Parents are not required to attend, but parents and siblings are more than welcome to join us! Pack a picnic lunch and dress for the weather.
