Bring your family out for a yummy breakfast and learn about how we make our maple syrup! The evaporator will be running, and staff will be there for free tours and to answer questions. Explore the pioneer farm and learn about early farms in Illinois, how settlers learned to make sap from the Native Americans, see a tapped tree, and explore pioneer tools and crafts with hand-on demonstrations. Some bottled syrup will be available for purchase; the amount is weather-dependent.

Fee : $5 per adults,  $3 children 12 and under, 3 and under free.
