Veteran's Day

Topics include: Review the year. Clean equipment. Assembly of new equipment. No registration required.

We will learn about the chemical processes in baking, and why some ingredients are a must for good results. Of course, we will also do some hands on experiments! We will bake different kinds of cookies to see how using different sugars, flours, fats, and leavening affects the outcome. Call 815-234-8535 to register.
